New Construction
We are as skilled at installing the underground main feed and under-slab distribution lines in a high-rise or mid-rise as we are the custom lighting fixtures. We freely offer value-add suggestions that provide opportunities to lower cost or better utilize resources.
Additions
Safely working around building occupants and uneventfully tying into existing building systems is our specialty. With Putzel’s team, you don’t need to worry about the transition from working in the mud to working inside. Our staff can go from onsite to inside while keeping the dirt out and having an appropriate professional appearance around building occupants.
Historic
Old brick walls, brittle concrete and wood structures require careful handling. We’ll work with the team to install safe systems that interface well with the existing components and support today’s building use.
Tenant Build-Out
We work efficiently on fast track, whitebox projects and collaborate with the multiple teams of contractors who share the limited working space for these high intensity, short-duration projects.
Adaptive Reuse
This is where collaboration and responsiveness prove invaluable. We work with the project delivery team to forecast and circumvent potential obstacles before they become issues in the field. Transforming a warehouse into a restaurant, a restaurant into a healthcare facility, industrial into office – no problem. We collaborate with the team to develop a cost-efficient design and utilize BIM to anticipate structure to system clashes as well as document the project.
